At House of Netix, we believe that a strong start sets the tone for the entire week. So instead of our usual Monday morning meeting, we decided to shake things up… or rather, stretch things out.
This week, we kicked off with a refreshing yoga session led by the wonderful Esteriek. She guided us through a calming yet energizing flow, reminding us how powerful our breath can be. Through mindful breathing, we learned how to find calm, clarity, and focus — tools we can carry with us into the workweek.
Of course, we also got moving with a series of yoga poses that helped us reconnect with our bodies and reset our minds. After 90 minutes of stretching, breathing, and being present, we felt recharged and ready to take on the week ahead.
One thing’s for sure: we’re feeling more aligned than ever — in body, mind, and mission.
