Joachim joins us in a temporary role, ensuring a seamless continuation while our colleague Joy Kerstens is on maternity leave until October. During this period, he will take over her responsibilities and help maintain the high standards of service, stakeholder engagement, and delivery that define our work.
Joachim will be part of our Global Account Team for Marriott International, where continuity, precision, and strong client relationships are essential. His focus will be on safeguarding ongoing initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition across all projects and stakeholders.
With a solid background in hospitality, including experience at Marriott (Cardo Brussels), Joachim brings a strong client-centric mindset, operational excellence, and attention to detail. These qualities make him a natural fit for this role and for the dynamic environment of our global accounts.
In his position, Joachim will focus on:
- Continuing and strengthening ongoing projects and client relationships
- Managing internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving optimizations
- Ensuring clear communication and smooth handovers
